History

1972 - Incorporated in Jakarta, Indonesia as PT Petrosea International Indonesia

1984 - Acquired by Clough Ltd.

1990 - The name was changed to PT Petrosea Tbk. Listed on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock 
          Exchanges (now Indonesia Stock Exchange as PTRO)

The first publicly listed Indonesian engineering and construction company. A landmark year for Petrosea highlighted by the successful float of Petrosea on the Jakarta and Surabaya Stock Exchanges. Some 4.5 million shares were offered, equating to one third of the total share base. 

2009 - Acquired by PT Indika Energy Tbk, Indonesia
