Graduate Engineer Development Program
The Graduate Engineer Development Program (GEDP) provides graduates with job opportunities, professional development and mentoring that build the breadth and depth of their engineering experience. Our GEDP two-years program is a comprehensive program set by HR Department to Recruit, Develop, and Assign the “Right” graduate to the “Right” assignment through a series of assessment, development programs, job assignment, coaching & mentoring, and regular evaluation, as part of company efforts to build the future leader.

Assessment Program
Petrosea have an advanced and progressive Assessment Program which is designed to stimulate our managers of all levels. With the varied development plans on offer Petrosea are assured of having an array of highly qualified, competent and confident managers as key partners in the Company’s success. 

Training & Development
The training and development program was made to fulfill Petrosea needs, not only to improve the competency and employees skills on their position but also to improve the employees working quality on their future level based on their career path in Petrosea.  

The development principles are:

  • to have our people with sufficient training program in order to do the their job efficient and effectively.
  • to have a mentoring program and buddy program in order to speed the job capability of each employee and build good teamwork among the employees.
  • to have good job exposures, internationally and domestically, through various assignment within each business line in Petrosea.


Compensation & Benefit (Reward)

We have well developed compensation and rewards strategies that are designed to support our aim and drive organisational success. We are constantly evaluating our positions consistently and fairly ensuring that positions are internally equitable and attractive within our market sectors. Incentive and recognition programs are in place to both motivate and acknowledge appreciation from the Company.
