At Petrosea, we recognize the importance of delivering projects with a consistent approach, firstly to enable successful project completion, but equally to permit process improvement to achieve better service delivery each time.
We have established the Petrosea Management System, which is an integrated system of process documents, tools and technologies based around the Project Management Methodology and designed to meet the needs of Operations, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.

Our accessible Management System establishes common processes and systems that enable Petrosea to share people, resources and experience across the organization, whilst maintaining operational excellence and driving best practices into every segment of the business.
Beyond the publication and delivery of process documents, the Management System is a comprehensive system that promotes process assessment and analysis. The development, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System is focused on client satisfaction and the completion of projects safely, on time and within budget.
Petrosea’s commitment to delivering the best possible performance is unwavering as we integrate quality into all of our business activities. Improvement of processes is achieved through a network of Process Owners and the use of efficient software systems to manage Correction, Prevention and Improvement activities. This management system was certified to ISO 9001:2000 through SGS, demonstrating our commitment to quality.
