About the Project
In June 2014, Petrosea and PT Indonesia Pratama, a subsidiary of PT Bayan Resources Tbk., signed an agreement for overburden removal, coal mining services, equipment rental and coal transportation at the Tabang, East Kalimantan. On 15 January 2018, Petrosea signed a contract amendment with PT Indonesia Pratama to increase production volume.
About the Project
Petrosea commenced contract operations at this project in 2011, providing overburden removal and coal production services, as well as infrastructure development, including a new workshop, office and camp accommodation. On 16 March 2018, Petrosea signed a contract amendment with PT Kideco Jaya Agung to add to the scope of work for a period of 5 years.
About the Project
Petrosea and its subsidiary, PT Karya Bhumi Lestari (KBL) entered into a mining services agreement with PT Kartika Selabumi Mining (KSM) and PT Palm Mas Asri at the KSM mine site. Under this mine services contract, Petrosea as the party that will manage the project and KBL as the contractor for duration of seven years until December 31, 2027.

In March 2019, Petrosea continued its contract with PT Freeport Indonesia for supply and placement of working platform, protective fill, general fill and surcharge fill layers.
About the Project
In October 2019, Petrosea was awarded a contract by PT Multi Tambangjaya Utama (MUTU) for the hauling road upgrading and coal handling facility project.

In 2018, Petrosea continued its contract with PT Freeport Indonesia for the Levee project phase two. On 1 September 2018, a contract extension was obtained for the levee construction at the low land area of the mining concession owned by PT Freeport Indonesia with a contract duration of 40 months.

In May 2017, Petrosea and PT Freeport Indonesia entered into master services agreement for Grasberg Wanagon Mining Services in Papua with a contract duration of 40 months. On July 27, 2020, Petrosea and PT Freeport Indonesia agreed to extend the contract duration until August 31, 2021.
